With all my heart, I ask you
TO JOURNEY WITH ME
Hebrews 11. 8 - 11
By faith Abraham when he was called to go out
into a place which he should after
receive for an inheritance, obeyed,
and he went out,
not knowing whither he went.
By faith he sojourned in the
land of promise,
as in strange country,
dwelling in tabernacles (tents)
with Isaac and Jacob,
the heirs with him
of the same
promise.
Abraham went from Ur of the Chaldees
All around the world, people who love God
and who love the name of
Y'shua Meschiach Adonai - the Lord Jesus Christ
are being persecuted for their faith. To name the
Name of Y'SHUA - My Salvation
is to acknowledge that the One who called Abraham
is the same yesterday, today, and for ever.
To Honor Him and Follow Him, and
believing we are on a spiritual Journey
walking by faith even as Abraham.
Walking with the Holy Spirit our Comforter
who dwells in us, we are assured
of His direction, and power
to save us, keep us, and guide us
until we too
Reach the Promised Home.
Hebrews 11.11 - 19.
Through faith also, Sarah herself received strength to conceive seed and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised. Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, as many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the seashore inumerable. These all died in faith, not having received the promises but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from which they came out, they might have had opportunity to return. But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly, wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he hath prepared for them a city.
When Paul the Apostle to the Gentiles wrote in the letter to Romans, he described those who believed in Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour as having been born again, living in the light of the Resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ that they were assured of an Inheritance incorruptible and undefiled, and that fadeth not away. Jesus Christ had promised them a Home preserved and reserved in Heaven for each one who made that step of faith into that Journey.
Jesus declared before He went to the Cross, that to trust Him,
would be all the Light we needed,
all the Hope we needed
and all our Resources
He claimed to be the Light of the World.
John 8.12
He said God so loved the world
that He gave His only begotten Son
that who so ever believeth
on Him, should not
perish,
but have everlasting life.
Jesus said this fact of Himself while talking to Nicodemus.
Jesus spoke of "laying up for your selves
treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust do corrupt, and
where thieves do not break through nor steal, for where
your treasure is, there wilt your heart be also. Matt. 6.19 and 20.
It is only when we take the step to follow Christ
that we discover He truly has given us more
than we ever dreamed.
Until we set our face toward Christ,
until we set our eyes of faith upon His Sacrice
as our PASSOVER LAMB
When we see our sins nailed upon that
Tree - that Cross -
and that HE PAID IN FULL
our debt of Sin and our legal guilt.
The moment we are born
into God's family
as a Believer on the Name
of the Only Begotten Son of God
the battle begins.
The Holy Spirit makes that Believer
a TEMPLE a Tent IN WHICH GOD DWELLS
and by the power of the
Holy Spirit
we have His Authority in our life now.
With Light burning with in us,
we travel on, walking by faith,
knowing He will
be with us.
He has overcome the World.
Whatever it costs, Whatever it takes,
Living by Faith is the Journey that Will
be Forever with the One who Created us
and for ever His Eternally.
Hebrews 11.1 Now faith is the substance of things
hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen.
