T O D A Y
Jesus may come in the
morning;
Jesus may come at
noon;
Jesus may come
in the Evening
So keep your heart
in tune.
John 14. 1 - 3
1. Let not your heart
be troubled: ye believe
in God, believe also
in me.
2. In my father's house
there are many mansions:
if it were not so.
I would have told you.
I go to prepare a place
for you.
3. And if I go to prepare
a place for you, I will
come again,
and receive you
unto myself,
that where I am,
there you may be also.

Jesus had just
left from the upper
room where he
had Passover
in which he
declared
while taking the
cup,
Matthew 26.27,28
And he took the cup,
and gave thanks,
and gave to them,
saying,
Drink ye all of it;
28. For this
is my blood
of the new testament,
which is shed
for many
for the remission
of sins.
A testament
only becomes effective
when the person
making out a
last will
and
testament
is dead.
Until he is
dead, the
will does
not go into effect.
So too, here,
Jesus is saying
He was going to die
for the "remission
of many"
It was not the
first time Jesus said this.
Several times
he told them.
Matthew 20.v 17
And Jesus going up
to Jerusalem
took the twelve
disciples apart
in the way and
said unto them,
"Behold,
we go up to
Jerusalem,
and the Son of man
shall be betrayed
unto the chief priests,
and unto the scribes,
and they shall
condemn
him to death,
v.19 And shall
deliver him up
to the Gentiles,
to mock,
and to scourge,
and to crucify him;
and the third
day
he shall rise again"

Jesus was telling
them what would
happen,
but that
he would
rise on the third day.

And now,
leaving the room where
He had taken the
cup and the bread
showing them
they were
to remember him
and what he did
each time they
took the Lord's cup
and ate of the bread.
Not wanting
him to die,
they did not
understand what
He was saying
but they did
know that
He was going
to die.
Now here on the
path to
the Garden where
he prayed
before he was
taken
He is telling
them
I AM GOING AWAY
BUT
I WILL COME
AND TAKE
YOU WHERE
I AM ALSO

So you see,
It all fit together
when He rose from
the dead.
They knew
He was coming
back !
to take ! them home!

We have a hope
that cannot
be taken
from us.

The apostle Paul
wrote the believers
in Rome, saying,
1.v 1  Paul, an
apostle of Jesus Christ,
called to be an apostle,
separated unto the
gospel of God,
which he promised
afore to his prophets
in the holy scriptures,
concerning
his Son Jesus Christ
our Lord, which was
made of the seed
of David according
to the flesh;
4. and declared
to be the son of
God with power,
according to the spirit
of holiness,
by the
resurrection
from
the dead.

JESUS
may come
today
glad day!
glad day!
and I shall see
my friend,
Troubles
and trials
shall end;
Jesus may
come today !

It may be morning
It may be noon,
It may be
evening,
It may be soon!
I will live
today
Come what may
In the light
of His Soon
Coming !
I will ready be
His face I soon
shall see!

What glory that
will be!
When I see Jesus!
Won't you
come with me?
Won't you
ready be?
He calls for
you
to come
with me!

Jesus said,
John 7.37
If any man thirst,
let him come
unto me,
and drink,
v.38. He
that believeth on me.
as the scripture
hath said,
Out of his belly
shall come
rivers of
living water.

Galatians 3.13
Christ hath redeemed
us from the
curse
of the law,
being made
a curse for us,
for it is
written,
cursed is every
one that hangeth
on a tree.
v. 14
that the blessing of
Abraham
might come
on the Gentiles
through
Jesus Christ;
that we
might receive
the promise
of the Spirit
through
faith.

Romans 10.17
Faith
cometh by hearing
and
hearing
by the
word of God.
