LIVING AS THOUGH IT MATTERS
Here in Blaine WA, My Home By the Sea,
I had brother Tom, his wife Tencha, sister Cheryl
and John Wojdak, with me found ourselves
reunited for "a little time" together.
In this life of ours,
Do you LIVE AS THOUGH
IT REALLY MATTERS?
As I think about my life
here in Blaine, WA
I am sure that my life
DOES MATTER.
SO.
I AM LIVING WITH ETERNITY
IN MY VIEW
AS BEING
A REAL
SURETY.
We will either live eternally
for ever with God
or with out Him,
depending on
HOW WE VIEW LIFE
right now
for
Jesus said,
JOHN 12. 48
He that rejecteth me,
and receiveth not
my words,
hath one
that judgeth him:
the Word which I have
spoken,
the same shall judge
him in the last day.
Again,
Jesus said,
I am the Light of the world;
he that followeth me,
shall not
walk in darkness,
but shall
have
the light
of life.
John 8.12
How precious TIME is.
How much do you value your TIME?
How much do you value your LIFE?
Some years ago, we
traveled all over, while my
husband was ministering to folk.
And now, I am here,
dependent upon others
to take me places
and get me to my
needed appointments
and business.
How do you view
your Life ?
Does it matter to you
How you perceive Your Self
will to a large amount
determine
WHETHER IT MATTERS OR NOT !
My Life is TO BE LIVED

Life is to be lived,
one
step
at a time
until
we arrive at the crest,
Wistfully looking at
the horizon
below, and before
one step
begins
the descent
around
and
down...
All the while
remembering
the splash of colors
the shadows and shapes
the hint
of glory to come.
Life is to be lived,
Until
we reach our Final Home,
Heaven, or
Hell,
For the Believing One
Heaven
is My Home.
For the One who
rejects
Believing in
the Lord Jesus Christ
as the only
Begotten of the Father
who came
to Redeem Us
and to
Save Us
from our lost
condition.
John 3.16
Jesus said,
For God so loved the world
that he gave his only begotten
Son that whoso ever believeth
in him should not perish,
but
have everlasting life.
Again,
John chapter 3.17
For God sent not his Son
into the world
to condemn the
world
but that the world
through him
might be saved.
Jesus was speaking this
to Nicodemus.
It is over
and
over
again
that Jesus made
the claim
that if a person
believed in Him and
took His Word
as True
then they
would find
it really MATTERED.
SO I SAY TO YOU
DOES IT MATTER?
ARE YOU WILLING
TO SAY?
I am a sinner
in
need of a
Savior?
ARE YOU WILLING
TO AGREE
with
God that
without Him,
you
are in the
darkness
walking
as though
you had nowhere to go
and
only
living for what
life gives you today
in the moment
of
pleasure
or
passing
interest,
and
what
you love most
right now
is
just your Self.
Just as the Purple Aster - is faithful to come
back every year, it roots down in the earth, and
it displays its character.
Jesus said,
John 14.6
I am the Way, the Truth
and the Life;
No man cometh
to the Father,
but by me."
Again he said,
John 14.36
He that believeth on the Son
hath everlasting life;
and he that believeth not
the Son
shall not see Life,
but the wrath of God
abideth on him.
Does it matter to You?
that
Christ dieds for our sins?
I Corinthians 15. 3,4
tell us
in the words of
Paul the Apostle
"For I delivered unto you
first of all,
that which I also received,
that Christ died for our sins
according to the Scriptures,
and that he was buried,
and that he rose again
the third day
according to
the Scriptures.
When Jesus was born
He did not begin there.
John 1.1 - 4 tells us
In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word
was with God,
and the Word
was
God.
The same was
in the beginning
with God.
All things were
made by him,
and without him
was not
anything
made
that was made.
In him was life,
and the life
was the light of men.
So I leave you with this
thought,
that it matters
if I live
as though
it matters.
Taking God at His Word,
you can start right now
to trust His
Word
and
live
as though
it really DOES
MATTER.
Determined to keep on
posting, I know I have
macular degeneration
and could be blind any
moment.
But for the little
time I have,
I will
keep on
climbing
ever higher
and
one day
I will be
with my precious
Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus said,
Matthew 10.32 - 40
that it costs
something
to follow
Him.
10.32 Whosoever
therefore shall confess me
before men, him will I
confess also before
my Father
which is in heaven.
33. But whosoever
shall deny me
before men
him will I also deny
before my Father
which is in heaven.
34. Think not that I
am come to send
peace on earth;
I came not to send
peace, but
a
sword;
35. For
I am come to set
a man at variance
against his father,
and
the daughter
against her mother, and
the daughter-in-law against
her mother-in-law.
36. And a man's
foes shall be they of his own
household.
37 He that
loveth father or mother
more than me
is not worthy
of me;
and he that
loveth
son or daughter
more than me
is not
worthy of me.
38. and he that taketh not
his cross, and
followeth after me,
is not worthy of me.
39. He that findeth
his life shall lose it;
and he that loseth his life
for my sake
shall find it.
40. He that receiveth
you
receiveth me, and
he that receiveth me,
receiveth
Him that sent me.
because it MATTERS to you
and
He paid the price of your sin
fully
completey
and
said
"it is finished"
when he died on the Cross.
And he rose from the grave,
by the power of
His Resurrection
you and I have
a life to life that
really matters.
Colossians 1.27
Christ in you, the hope of glory
is the revealed
truth
we can believe.
Only to be
what He wants me to be
Every moment
of every day,
Yielded
completely
to Jesus alone,
Every step of my
pilgrim way.
Just to clay in the
potter's hand,
Ready to do
what His Word
commands,
Only to be
what He wants me to be
Every moment
of Every
Day.
These Brown eyed Susans are
happily blooming today on my
patio. I want to bloom for Him.
