TRUSTING GOD - ONE DAY AT A TIME

TRUSTING GOD - ONE DAY AT A TIME
Bibleladyjunebug99Cash

When I drew this little painting of flowers, I had no idea that
I would be using it on this blog.   Painting is something that I like
very much to do.   Now here I am, blogging and using what I can do
and how much I enjoy sharing a little bit of myself
with you, the Blogger who reads what I write.

LET THE REDEEMED OF THE LORD
SAY SO, WHOM HE HATH REDEEMED
FROM THE HAND OF THE ENEMY.
Psalm 107.2

Oh, that men would praise the LORD for his goodness,
and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
Psalm 107. 8,    15,    21,  31.

WHY?

v. 9  For he satisfieth the longing soul,
and filleth the hungry soul
with goodness.

v.10 Such as sit in darkness and in
the shadow of death,
being bound in affliction and iron.

v.29 He maketh the storm a calm,
so that the waves thereof
are still.

Mark chapter 4.35 - 41
    35. And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them,  Let us pass over unto the other side. 36.  And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships. 37. And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full. 38. And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?  39. And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea,  Peace be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.  40. And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful?  how is it that ye have no faith?
41. And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another,  What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?

Jesus stilled the storm on the sea with a simple PEACE, BE STILL.
Jesus is the only One who can still the storm of life that is tossing
                              in your heart and soul.

Jesus paid the price of sin, by dying on the Cross.   It is not that
anyone put Him there that we are to consider.   We ought to consider
that it was in GOD'S WILL that He came and died on that cross for
                      you and for I.
Jesus said "I am the Bread of Life"   John 6.35
Again, Jesus said "He that believeth on me hath everlasting life." John 6.47
I am that bread of life. John 6.48.

When my first child was just old enough to walk,
I remember my husband took sick and was in
the hospital for ten days.
I remember walking with her to the hospital
every day - and they kindly let us go in to see him -
It was a "storm" in my life.
But God kept me in it all.
He calms the troubled sea.
With Christ in my heart,
I was able to give hope to my little girl,
and to encourage my dear husband.

No matter what life brings you,
Trust Him one day at a time.
Do what you must.
Do what you can.
Do it knowing God enables you
in the midst of the storm
to have
PEACE.

I have a song I love to sing
Since I have been redeemed -
Of my Redeemer, Savior, King,
Since I have been redeemed.

Since I have been redeemed
I will glory in His Name,
Since I have been redeemed,
I will glory in my Savior's Name.

LET THE REDEEMED OF THE LORD SAY SO
                                             WHOM HE HATH REDEEMED FROM
